Our building systems are designed to reduce our overall carbon footprint and yours too. We use solar energy generation, rainwater reuse strategies, multiple waste streams and plant diverse, climate-adapted vegetation in our landscaping. Common areas include a number of high-quality materials with certified low environmental impacts and all of our communities include electric vehicle charging stations and bicycle storage.
