Recently, we marked some exciting milestones across our apartment communities in Australia.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Melbourne at The Briscoe by Kinleaf, residents gathered for a social evening on the rooftop terrace to celebrate one year since the first move-ins. Residents enjoyed catching up with their neighbours, meeting new neighbours, and the stunning views across Melbourne’s skyline! Since officially opening last year, more than 300 residents have called The Briscoe home and it has been fantastic to see the community continue to grow.<\/span><\/p>\n

Across the country in Perth, Western Australia, residents at The Elements by Kinleaf came together for a barbeque last weekend to mark the fifth anniversary of the community. Since 2020, more than 1,000 residents and their pets have called The Elements home across its two buildings. The Elements was a trailblazer for purpose-built and professionally-managed rental apartment living in Australia. It also made history as the first carbon neutral certified apartment building in Australia.<\/span><\/p>\n
